Okay, Kerby honestly made me laugh out loud. That's my uncle's name, and I have NEVER met anyone else named that. But it looks better spelled Kirby.. I don't like Ahliah, because I have no clue how to pronounce it, which is always an issue when you're reading a book. It drives me nuts when I don't know how to pronounce an important character's name. Maybe Ruthie? Dottie (Dorothy)? Charlie (Charlotte)? Aggie? For a 13 year old: Any of the above ^, Eliza, Felicity, Frankie (Francesca, Francine), Lydia, Nadia, Amelia, Lou (Louisa), Tess, Sonya. Simple but unique names are best (: Klark sounds good but looks funny. Maybe just spell it Clark? Otherwise, Klark just looks like an anagram. It shouldn't begin and end with the same letter. I personally hate the name Skylar. Sunny's cute though! I'd use this; it's cute and nature-related, but not cheesy or overused. Ramone: Sounds a bit too Spanish, which is fine unless he's actually white. Asa (AY-sa), Jude, Pete/Peter, Charlie and Sam are cute. Cassidy's alright. Maybe just Cassie or Cassandra.
