Are all plastics hydrocarbons?

Some plastics are hydrocarbons, but some are not.

For example, polyethene, polypropene and polystyrene (polyphenylethene) are hydrocarbons, but polyester, nylon, polyvinyl chloride (polychloroethene) and urea-methanal are NOT hydrocarbons.
