Im planning to make chocolate cupcakes for school, and i want to find a rich chocolaty, fluffy, moist cake recipe. A lot of people recommend the hersheys black magic cake, or another name ''perfect chocolate'' chocolate cake. Have anyone tried it, and was it good? around how much does it make?

I liked this cake very much. It is not gooey. The coffee in the recipe brings out the chocolate flavor and also gives the cake a richer color. I used 2 teaspoons instant Espresso to 1 cup water and used buttermilk. Of course I then had to find something else to do with the leftover buttermilk,

I wouldn't recommend something that's too rich/dark chocolatey in taste because that could turn a lot of people off from it.
