信內容:
本來我司原定都是要進口24噸的米,
但供應商那邊未能再預定時間出口足夠既米比我司,
所以只出口左20噸,
而且又因為近來幾個月我司的客戶出米的數量都少左,
我司還有足夠米的存量來供應第二季度(4月至6月),
所以如果要再進口多一櫃米的話,
這將會加重我司的倉租費用~
希望你們明白及不要取消我司進口米商的註冊,
謝謝~

Translation:

We originally intended to import 24 tons of rice. But the supplier could only export us 20 tons, which was short of the scheduled quantity.
On the other hand, our customers have reduced their purchase quantities in the recent months. Therefore we still have enough stock of rice for sale in the second quarter of April to June. If we are to import a further container of rice, it will incur much additional warehouse charges to us.
We hope that you understand our difficulty and will not cancel our registration as a rice importer.
