What is your opinion if the government is proposing(建議) to build a columbarium

A columbarium is a building with niches and shelves for cinerary urns to be storred like a pigeon into a pigeon house.
If govt. is proposing to build a columbarium next to our school campus,we must agree .This help to find a place for dead people to live near us.
We must help the social society to find such a suitable place available.
Students should be trained to protect the columbarium environment.
It helps students looking for a job in furnaral business and how to look after the "cinerary urns."
Students can develop a budget-guide tour to visit where Leslie Cheung is "cinerary urned" here.
In concluding sentence,school must co-operate with govt. for the funeral ceremony,oration and the parlour.
