the government tells citizens to use less electricity,use more public transport and so on to protect polar bears because citizens let global warming. when the ice melts by global warming,polar bears don't have place to survive.

Tell the people that do not use thing that give out some many carbon dioxide so the ice will not melt.So the Polar Bear will not become fewer and fewer.
