Xxxx xx xx May letter from your company query does not return to the standard thing to explain, the company responsible for Foreman suddenly failed to on-site inspections in accordance with the specified time, it fails to provide effective price. Therefore lead to apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to reply and explain to your letter dated January 25th 2013 regarding the enquiry for no bid for that building work. That was due to the fact the foreman in-charge who didn't inspect the building site accordingly so we couldn't provide any information for the bid; and we will apologize for any inconvenience caused.

On February 16th, 2013, yourcompany had sent us a letter requesting an explanation of the pre-tenderestimate matter. Since our foreman incharge did not examine on site according to our instructions on time, thus wefailed to provide the quotation effectively in a timely fashion.
