I bought something from Ebay, but some problem, the buyer refund to me through paypal, due to I'm just 16 so I don not have paypal account, how can i get the money from paypal?
Also, I bought something from another buyer, and I do not have paypal account, but there's an email told me that I paid by using paypal, what's going on??
How can I get money from paypal with out an account?

Well where is the money then? You need to contact the seller to find out where your refund is. Tell them you don't have a PayPal account. Lodge a complaint with eBay if you don't get anywhere.
