Present perfect continuous: (active)
have/has + been + present participle (verb-ing)

Present perfect: (passive)
have/has + been + past participle

Use “has” for third person singular (he, she, it, boy, etc)
Use “have” for others (I, we, you, they, any plural noun)

回答者: Rex's example is grammatically wrong

I have been visit to Ocean Park this morning. (~ no such tense)

One shouldn't use the bare form of the verb (visit) in this sentence.

I, They, we, their, etc from the first and third party is use have been.
He, she, it is which is the second party is use has been.
has been = have been just change by the turn of the word.
and have been is meaning you have done something.
for example: I have been visit to Ocean Park this morning.
