屋企係拎綜援,可唔可以去到外國留學?
本人係學生,諗住自己番工草錢去留學.
如果申請左去留學,番工會唔會影響到綜援既錢?
政府會唔會有資助等等既野?
有D咩要注意?

綜援受助人，擁有超逾社署規定的資產，又或擁有巨額資產而不申報，均屬違法。據我所知，出國留學須要有一定程度的個人資產，甚至是財政擔保，方能成事。
而你一旦出外工作，你的入息亦須向社署申報，視乎入息多少，綜援金額亦須扣減。
政府是不會資助年滿十八歲之綜援受助人求學，包括夜校或進修；當然，持續進修基金是可以讓綜援人士申請，但該基金不適用於外國留學用途。

If you are a CSSA receiptant, basically you are not allowed to have any savings.
Since you need a lot of money to study aboard, unless you can get a scholarship, it is impossible for you to achieve without jeopardizing your CSSA eligibility.

There is no restriction on your possible study overseas.
If you can obtain a scholarship, the money you receive will not be regarded as "income" which would make your family become disqualified for CSSA.
