今朝起身發現手掌生左粒野(有少少腫起)
同埋腳底都有粒類似(1個月前 冇特登去理過)
本身唔痛只不過用手指(甲)吉落去就會痛
到底發生左咩事?

Sometimes when you do sports actively or too much,your skin or other parts of body cannot afford the numerous amount of doing exercises,in this case,you will have a small pot on your palm,don't be worried.It will recover soon.But if you are really sceptic about that,I strongly advise you to consult a doctor.
