How do British citizens who study in American universities pay for tuition?

I'm 15 and was wondering about these things. I heard that you can't get student loans because your studying a different country, but then how would you pay for tuition if your not super rich? Would the British government allow British student loans even if your studying in America?otherwise how else can you pay for it.? Any insight greatly appreciated :)

There are no student loans available (either from the USA or UK)Your options are:
Private loans
Parents' savings
