I am FAT

I am so FAT. Every body says I am FAT. I'm not feeling good about it too WHAT do I have to do?

Do you have any unhappy experience because of this problem?

Actually a fit person may also eperience sad times, body figure is not the only thing to judge a person and decide whether he or she can have a happy life~
The most important point is how's your living attitude?
If you want to cut down your weight, you'd better know WHY you want to do that: because of others' opinions? or different reasons (like for your own health)? It can make a big difference in how you look at yourself and the keep fit process!!!
After all, besides the body figure and weight, you must have some other merits of your own, try to discover them and you may find a happier self.

1.Do more exercise
2.Do not eat candy

1. Exercise on a regular basis.
2. Eat more healthy. Go on a high fiber diet.
3. Avoid eating sweets or food containing high contents of sugar.
