供應商投訴, ZIM 這家船公司, 缺"貨櫃"缺的很嚴重, 而且貨柜破爛, 貨場貨柜幾乎全都挑不到好的櫃子. 曾走遍2個貨柜場去挑選良好貨柜, 也選不到。最終, 要折返再挑選一次, 才勉強選到2 個外觀情況尚可的貨柜.
It was complained by the supplier's that ZIM Shipping Comany which had a shortage of containers and they had only holding the damaged ones. With regards to that, we had been to the storage site of container twice but failed to find the suitable ones. Finally, we had to go back to check two containers up for possible usage
每次這樣也廢時及花精神去揀選貨柜。以前印度客户已投訴,供應商亦已投訴这种情况, 就此, 不能再選用ZIM 這船公司的了, 必須要换船公司。
否則, 客戶會考慮轉貨代(forwarder)。
If that had frequently happened and we had been waste our time to select the containers. Also previously, an indian customer had complained and then supplier's followed. In view of that, we needed to terminate ZIM Shipping Company's contract and to find the alternative; otherwise our customers would consider to adopt the forwarding agents instead.
