20% deposit is needed from customer for any on-hold product and 50% deposit if the invoice value below $500. Customer will need to pick up their product on the specific date or else, deposit will be absorb. Exchange of the product is allowed but need to be same value of the existing invoice or higher.

Refund will be occur if there's a delay for over a month. Otherwise, all goods are non-refundable.

The guest reservation deposit goods need not less than the total price of 20%, $500 less than 50%, must be on a specified date to receive, or confiscate the deposit. The replacement of other goods value more than or equal to the total price. Order timeout of 1 month of arrival can be refund. All purchased goods any reason is not refundable.
