Que about angles and lines

I am a F.1 student,I am learning about the chapter 'Angles related to Lines' and I
need to do a maths homework about 'Angles relating to intersecting lines' but I don't know how do one question in the W.S.


Pls help me to fill in the blank--(?):
In geometry,figures formed by different straight lines in the same plane are called
(?) figures.

I hope someone tell the answer to me because I can't find the answer in my textbook and I can't search for the answer in the internet.Please help me (before Monday) if you know the answer.Thank you!!

adjective: Coplanar

"polygonal" figure should be the proper one, if you mean" formed by different line segments" instead of" formed by different straight lines".
