我想問如果一間公司寄了信件給客人，內容是"There are a new model mobile phone is now for sale at $3000(original price at $5000) please reply on or before 6 March. our business hours are 9am to 7pm. order form is attached."
有人在6 March回信,但該公司7 March才收到, 按postal rule,寄出就生效, 所以他可以用$3000買?
另外, 營業時間應該不影響客人的accept時間？如客人在7時後才致電答應, 但致電的話是不是收到才算?所以有能用$3000買?
但問題是:這信件算是offer or invitation to treat?

since the specific price as well as the deadline has been articulated, it must be an offer
the business hour doesn't matter, as long as is on that day, then its ok
