it really depends on the examiner, but usually they don't be really strict with grade 1-4.
for scales, if i didn't remember it wrong you should have played around 5 scales, getting one wrong won't make you fail that part since you got all other ones correct.
for the songs, i don't think you will fail as long as you didn't stop playing. the first should be fine. second is a bit of problem because you repeated the note, but since it's just grade 3 this won't cause a fail. the third song should be good because it's all correct. moreover, i realized after over 10 years of piano exam experiences that the examiners don't really know all the songs in the syllabus. it could be their first time listening to the songs in your exam so a few wrong notes won't catch their attention. they will just think that the song is like that.
for sight reading, that is already really good for a grade 3! i couldn't even get all the notes right back then>< don't worry this part should be fine! just one note and a bit of dynamic problem
for oral, that part shouldn't be a big problem as long as you answered quick and with confident. to be honest, it's really not very possible for grade 3 pianist to identify period and composer. you sounds confident in part A and B, so it should be fine
i can't really say what mark you will get because that really depends on the examiner and other factors. but overall saying, i would say that you will pass the exam!
oh another thing, usually if you are the first one to take the exam on that day in that centre, it's more likely for you to pass and get a high mark because the examiner hasn't heard any other people yet so he/she can't compare you to others^^
and usually male examiners give higher marks than female examiners!
