得16歲已經72kg應該怎样減?

我已經16歲啦,體重72kg,食甚麼可以令食嘢方面節制下?例如胃口細d,做咩運動可以有效快速減肥?正係跑步,要跑幾來先減到3-5kg?我听過人地由70kg減到50kg,點可以達到目標?

女的話

1)(可以2日一次/最好每日)跑步 *跑一個鐘就夠

2)得閒去埋游水 游水身體動作大更大消耗易於減肥

3)少吃多餐

4)食飽吾好即卡坐係度

5)少食零食

6)早訓都有助身體器官保持健康平衡

食少D零食,節食(減肥丸)會易反彈,70kg減到50kg短期冇可能架la,跑幾來就要睇下你每次跑幾來,出幾多汗,有幾搏命(P.S.跑前跑步後2小時唔食野,唔係會有反效果),只要係負重運就快減肥(推介用跑步機跑步,做Gym)最緊要堅持唔好放氣-Never give up!!

First, you'd better have a healthy lifestyle,i.e doing exercise regularly, having a balanced diet. This is the effective method to keep your body fit / lose weight because there're no any side effects.

Second, if you wanna eat something that doesn't contain any lipids when you're hungry, I suggest you could eat seaweed,but don't eat too much. Perhaps, you could do something that distracts your attention to eat like sleeping, listening music

Do remember that, when you wanna do exercise more effective, you should do it with more friends.

first keep your eat habit healthy you may eat some fruit after or before you hungry.eat such as apple,orange...and you may do sport like swimming,jumping ,running.also seat-up can help you a lot.
