What are the best anime shows ever???????????

Hey :D, in my opinion, there are a lot of great anime shows, but it is depends on what type of anime you are looking for. I won't talk about the anime that are really famous (Naruto, bleach, One piece, FMA, fate/zero etc.), since I am pretty sure you already heard about it and want something new.
Action anime:
1st- Hunter x Hunter (2011) or (2001), prefer 2001 version
2nd- Angel beats
3rd- Katanagatari

Anime focus on Romance and awesome action story plot.
1st- Cross Field
2nd- Touch
3rd- Angel beats :P

Touching anime
1st- Clannad
2nd- Anohana
3rd- Cross Field

Action, well animated anime:
1st- blue exorcist
2nd- Guilty Crown or Accel world
3rd- SAO

Funny action anime:
1st- Gintama
2nd- Full Metal Panic

Anime that have a great story line but doesn't involve actions:
1st- Yakitake Japan
2nd- Hikaru no go
3rd- Eden of the east

Anime involve lots of thinking:
1st- neon genesis evangelion
2nd- death note
3rd- Eden of the east
4th- Kaiji

I don't quite often tend to observe Animes which are situated round comedy. That being mentioned, the funniest I've ever visible is by and large One Piece. I might say it can be the one Anime that has definitely made me snigger out loud at some point.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood -- highly recommend
To aru majutsu no Index -- one of my favorites, highly recommend
Deadman Wonderland -- this has a lot of blood and gore
Code Geass -- Highly recommend

Comedy
Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu(idiots and tests and summoning beasts) -- on netflix last i checked.
Boku wa Tomodachi ga sukunai -- a lot of comedy and a bit of romance, a bit of slice of life

Thriller/Supernatural(characters are average joes but theres a supernatural event that happens):
Death Note -- Highly recommend watching
Mirai Nikki -- has some blood and gore
Kokoro Connect -- its also a bit of a slice of life, and plenty of romance, i like it for its storyline

Fairy Tail is a good one but was just recently cancelled T.T

It's about Wizards and Guilds, so there will be fighting but with Magic like fire, ice, lightning, etc.
I'd say give the first few episodes a go before completely writing this one off. Happens to be one of my faves.

There's also Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. it's a Mecha Anime based in a fictional future controlled by the Spiral King.

Sword Art Online is about an anime where players can experience and control their in-game characters with their minds but get trapped in a virtual world.

Highschool of the Dead (HoTD) follows a group of Highschool students and some of the faculty through a Zombie Outbreak/Apocalypse. This one has a lot of fan service though... Which means there's a lot of panty flashes or provocative scenes. Still a good anime though.

Zombie-Loan is another good Zombie anime, much less fan service as well. Possibly none at all, can't really remember.

Deadman Wonderland is another great anime in my opinion. It's about a privately owned prison in Japan where the prisoners are basically part of a game where they fight for survival but to the general public this place is just a Theme Park trying to raise money for the revival of the destroyed metropolis.

If you like Romantic Comedies then you could try Zero no Tsukaima, The World God Only Knows or Toradora!

Anyway that's 9 great anime right there. There are plenty more, too many to list actually. Lol.

Of tv shows(i dont watch that much aoime on tv), inuyasha and fullmetal alchemest, of music/music videos (from youtube) galaxias, kakome kakome, nyan cat (ive watched the longest video there is of it, it is so annoying now) (things like MMD, and vocaloids, mainly the vocaloid Miku Hatsune) again i dont watch that much anime, except on teh weekends, on weekends for me its just music, anime, youtube, root beer, and playing minecraft while listening to music

Several good animes that I've watched so far are:
Shugo Chara, Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), Cardcaptor Sakura, Vampire Knight, D Gray Man (I heard that it was good), No. 6 (it's a bit gay (boy X boy) in some parts, but I liked it), Death Note, Ouran Highschool Host Club (it's humorous), Hetalia Axis Powers (I personally don't like it due to how childish it is, but some of my friends like it), and Soul Eater (a friend recommended it).

Those are all that I can think of currently.
