Can any1 suggest me any good web host?
I have tried 000webhost but it always have connection problems, ppl cannot access to my website.
I have tried webs.com and yola.com, but they do not offer HTML upload.
I am looking for a web host which offers:
1) Free
2) Not too bad connection, visitors can always access to my website
3) No Advertisement
4) Allow HTML upload

I can't find also.Weebly -- have advertisement
Sina -- bad connection
T35 -- not free
