A post office is manned by 2 clerks. Suppose that when C enters the system he
discovers that A is being served by one clerk and B is being served by the other.
Suppose that C service will begin as soon as one of the clerks is free. If the amount of time that a clerk spends with any custom is exponentially distributed with mean m, what is the probability that, of the three customers, C is the last to leave the post
office?
更新1:

Suppose A, B,C go to the post office because they all want to sent a parcel respectively. Find the expected time until C can send a parcel (including the time for waiting in line and the time for service) ? Find the expected total time until all three sent the parcels.
