How can anyone claim to KNOW a god exists or doesn't exist (christian god)?

I dont claim a god does not exist, i claim there is no evidence for one and logically come to the conclusion that there probably isnt one, just like how people wrote of unicorns i cannot know there werent any, but its logicall to assume there werent

When we claim to KNOW that God exists, we are speaking of his presence in our spirit. It is more than an intellectual knowing. It is a sense of never being alone.

Virtually all followers of the Abrahamic religions claim to know god exists because they believe in that god. The real question is proof of god's existence.So far nada.

i'm curious as to why this is being exclusive to the Christian god, as if you believe that people can claim other gods do or do not exist yet no one can claim the Christian god does or does not exist, which makes little sense to me.

Anyways, to answer your question, I myself know God exists because of several experiences I've had where I have had prayers answered in an almost immediate way, when any hope of getting what I needed was just about impossible, through the presence of the holy ghost, through communication, (yes I do claim that god has spoken directly to me), because of blessings I received when I thought sanity completely left me, and I regained it almost instantly, and also having been healed from certain things, one being kidney stones, if you ever had them, you will know how painful they are, they are worse than birthing pains, I could not get to a hospital, could not get to a doctor even, so I just lay on my bed and prayed, within an hour they were gone, and in my experience every other time I've had them it took days for them to pass. so this is why I claim to know God exists. He is working in my life, and I love him dearly!

God cannot be claimed to Exist because he has no sign of existence.

We can easily know that the Christian God does not exist simply by examining the descriptions of that God and his supposed actions, and finding the glaring inconsistencies, both internally, and with observed reality. But that only tells us that God does not exist exactly as described in the Bible. It does nothing to tell us whether or not any other kind of god exists.

Trying to determine whether someone is an atheist by simply asking "does God exist?", is asking the wrong question. A better question would be "Do you BELIEVE that God exists?". More people understanding the distinction would be a big step towards more rational discourse.

That which is perceived by the unique individual Perspective is 'knowledge'.
All we can 'know' is what we perceive, Now! and Now! and Now!!!

'Ignorance' is that which is NOT perceived, at any particular moment, by any particular unique Perspective!

In other words, knowledge is experience.
Some, mystics, the Enlightened... 'know' (experience) 'God'.
The vast flocks of the religions 'imagine', think 'about' God, in ignorance (as defined).

Mystics and the Enlightened do not 'make claims'.
The ignorant 'believers' make claims, because that is what ignorance and ego does!

No, there is no divine plan. There is no God or Satan. It's just Spirit. You create your own future. You manifest it. You are your own God. We as humans were able to do incredible things. But we fell asleep but now we are awakening to Christ consciousness.
