In my area, if any part of the car is over the stop line when the light turns red, you are considered to be in the intersection and should proceed to clear the intersection. Coming to a stop with all or part of the car over the stop line can actually get you a camera ticket. The laws may be different in your jurisdiction so you may want to review the Drivers Education Manual that applies to your area.

There is much evidence that red light cams are little more than revenue generating devices and they are often marketed as such to cash strapped municipalities. There presence can often make an intersection less safe.

No, all the vehicles should stop at the red light, but they have a red light camera in it.

if the flash didn't go off, than you probably wont get ticketed...
More RED LIGHT CAMERA flash twice. because they take two shots.
it probably didn't go off because of multiple cars, so it is programmed to not take pictures at it calculates no car can ahead can slow down because of car behind them and car behind them can't get a clear shot of their plates. :)
(this doesn't mean tail someone on red lights lol)

I have driven sometimes through yellow lights.
Remember the rule if the light turned yellow BEFORE you crossed the line and you have 2 meters, you should/could have stopped. if it turned yellow mid way through the intersection, you shouldn't be concerned at all, as the light no longer applies to you.
but for future reference, if the light goes yellow. dont speed up. try slowing down...

when it comes to me, if there is no car behind me with 3 car spaces, I sometimes even hard brake to stop... when coming to a traffic light with RED LIGHT CAMERA. other wise i maintain my speed...
