1) 近經廠長走訪調查和員工代表溝通後發現, 因員工來自不同區域, 對飯菜的口味都會有偏差。 員工衷心希望食堂伙食能夠得到改善, 有豐富飯菜的雒類, 改善飯菜的口味。
1. The recent survey & interview that conducted by the Plant Manager with employee representatives revealed that staff from different provinces have great variation in tastes. The staff cordially hoped the canteen can provide more choices & favours in menu.
2) 綜合上述要求及食堂的實際情況, 現要求食堂負責人做到正餐口味有兩種, 一種加入辣椒, 一種不加入供員工自己選舉, 每餐提供湯水。 早餐可多樣化, 如周一, 周三可提供包子和粥, 周二, 周五提供米粉或面條, 周四, 周末可提供炒粉或油條之類。 菜樣都可多樣化。

After consolidated the staff comments & assess the current situation, we have requested the canteen in-charge person to provide 2 categories of favours in meal set, i.e. spicy & original favour, for choose by staff. Besides, the canteen should also provide soup together with the meal set. More variety of choice can be provided in breakfast menu. For example, buns & congee on Monday & Wednesday; rice vermicelli & noodles in Tuesday & Friday; fried noodles & fritters on Thursday & Saturday, etc. More choice in dishes should also be provided.
3) 以上由廠長和人權組不定時抽查, 再跟進汇報實際改善情況。
