Should I use this sunblock on my tattoo?

It has been over 3 weeks and four days since I got my tattoo. I'm not sure if it's fully healed but it seems so. It has completely finished scabbing or peeling. It's somehow wrinkly and a bit shiny though (which I'm worried about). Is it not healed properly?

The weather is getting hot and I'm thinking about wearing short sleeve t shirt next week. Do you think it's okay? I bought a sunblock that's SPF 130 PA+++ but when I tried it I found out that it's pretty strongly scented. Do you think it's okay to use it?

Thank you!

I would wait another week or two for the wrinkly, shiny bits to go away so you don't end up with any irritation or infection.
Once your tattoo has completely healed then you should be fine to use sun block on it.

I would also wait at least another week. Your tattoo hasn't completely healed yet and it would be bad to put any kind of sunscreen on it, especially if it is scented.

If you got it 24 days ago, it's ready for the sunblock. I recommend Nuetrogena SPF 110, but yours will work just fine. The sun is a tattoos biggest enemy besides the laser. Heh heh.

I would wait another week. If it's healed, it shouldn't be that shiny.
Also, and this is my opinion, I don't use scented sunblock.

You should use some sunblock cream because it`s not fully healed yet. Use a high factor, something like 30+ and you should be ok. Just don`t expose it directly to the sun longer than you need to.
