Hi i like this girl and she is really cyte i think she likes me cause she flirts with me a lot but i dont know how to ask her out also how do i know she likes me?

If she laughs at your jokes, positions her body towards you, makes eye contact, playing with her hair, fixes her clothes, smiles a lot, etc all good examples of her liking you. Just ask her in person like "hey I was wondering if you'd like to grab a bite to eat sometimes?" Or wherever you want to go.
