their a girl at my work that look at me and trash talk about me when i am hanging with my friends and she don't know i have feelings and i wish she would just leave me alone not bother me and friends . she always trash talk me by looking at me and she doen't know real me.

Go straight to her to ask her what the hell is up. Instead of thinking about what she thinks, I would just go up and get in her face !!
