Hi guys, can you help me with one or both of the following questions, thank you very much.

1. Since 90s, education has become ........................

I am writing this for a report (essay), is the expression (Since 90s) correct or formal?
Is there another way to say it?

2. "When people realise the need to store their knowledge, thoughts and information permanently, along with the need to broadcast them on a large scale, they soon discover the limitation of Oral Education."

Here, the phrase "oral education". I don't mean the education that teaches you how to speak, I mean the education that uses oral as a medium. Is there a better phrase for this word? Thank you ver much.

"Since 90s" is incorrect. You could use "since the 1990s" or "since the '90s". Note the apostrophe (') in the shorter form – that's sort of a placeholder for the "19" part. In general the shortened form ('90s) is a bit more informal, but either is fine for written use.

The term "oral education" usually refers to ways of teaching Deaf students. From the rest of the sentence it doesn't look like that's what your essay is about. I think I'd suggest something like "the limitations of traditional classroom instruction," but I am making some assumptions about what you're actually trying to say, so that might not be right.

1. Since the 90s ....
2. Oral education is fine. There is no need to capitalize the words in your sentence and it should be "the limitations of ..."

Since the 90s.
You might be thinking of oratory or oration, but no, I believe oral education is the
right term.
