作為香港出生之市民，若已有長居於加拿大之親戚，是否就能夠直接透過擔保移民往加拿大呢？申請前，是否需要通過些什麼考試、面試？資產方面又有什麼要求呢？申請過程要怎樣？需要坐兩年「移民監」嗎？成個過程要幾耐？要幾多錢？係咪一定要經agent？有咩嘢其他嘢需要留意？
