這句話有點奇怪。一般的用法是用反面來問的：

Can't you come in the day at all ? 你真的白天不能來嗎？

如果你認為原句沒有錯，那它的意思應該是

Can you come in the day at all ? 你可以在白天來嗎？

或許我見色小，原句讀起來有點怪怪的。
