卸載WhatsApp後 再安裝過 還能接收在卸載以後傳出的新信息嗎？
更新1:

It must not a problem of back up, as back up is only related to the message that you received before you uninstall whatsapp But i am now talking about the messages after uninstall whatsapp Or you can back up the future messages?

梗係接收到啦，不過你卸載期間人地如果係wtsapp寄左d媒體檔，好似相呀、影片果d你就收唔到，文字上既傳送係一定唔會冇

if you have back up before then you can , if you dont then you can't
