假如你係直接向某商戶/機構想取消會藉，是不需要「請幫」，所以直譯英文help是不對的。除非你是托朋友或agent去取消戶口或會籍才會叫人help。

因此比較合理的寫法是「請取消我的會員戶口」：

Please cancel my membership.
英文不會寫membership account的
如果是(銀行/信用卡)戶口會用"bank/credit card" account
如果是會員/會籍只用membership便可以了。

字譯字, 跟足:

請幫我取消會員戶口 = Please help me to cancel the membership account.

另外一個版本, 意思一樣 (opposite of "open the account")

Please help me to close the membership account.

Please cancel my membership account = 請取消我的會員戶口
( ~ 沒有言及"幫我")

英文是有 membership account, 寫不寫是個人選擇
不知道細節, 作為翻譯, 只有盡可能保持原意

Comment:
常理取消 membership 應該自動取消 account
但有少數公司或協會未完善, 負責 membership 和 account 是分開部門做
有公司可取消 account (付款), 仍保留 free membership.
