我: 我未做過架,不過我都好有興趣學做飲食。

老闆:依道既客人多數係澳洲藉華人同西方人,不過伙記全記都係香港人,

老闆:今晚客人比較少,你邊學邊做啦,主要都係帶位、落單同執枱。
Tonight,customer is not enough,you should work immediately but not learn,
mainly being a usher,take the order in customer and clear the table.
我: 請問落單既程序係點架?
Could you tell me how to take the order
老闆:首先每張單有三張紙,白色比廚房,黃色用黎傳菜,粉紅色比收銀。
There are three paper,first,white(kitchen), yellow(transfer), pink(cashier)
我: 咁寫法有冇規定架?
Can l exert in taking the order?
老闆:一定要寫簡寫,如果唔係廚房睇唔到,例如,汽水寫個C字,兩支汽水就寫CC。
Please briefly take note in order to prevent the unclear note,such as coke is C, two coke is CC.
我: 咁落係點心紙既單要點做?
What can l do for dim sum order?
老闆:自己係點心櫃攞比客人,食品上桌記得係點心紙上面圏返。
