我的英文水平不好,很多時求職send e-mail都沒有回覆,連見工的機會都沒有,相信是send e-mail時d英文錯漏百出,所以懇請各位替本人修正以下e-mail的內容。第一段我是想表達自己4年曾於地盤做文件工作,而近一年開始負責埋admin工作。而第三段是想表達自己的工作位置因冇網絡而請對方留口訊或回e-mail。

I am eager to apply for the post of clerical clerk, As I have been working five years in a construction company during that period four years for the paper work at sites and one year for administrative work. For computer skills, I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, Outlook Express and Chinese character inputting method.
