(a) Reading of A1 = reading of A2 = 3V/(6 + 3) ohms = 1/3 A.
(b) reading of A1 = 3V/[ 6 + 18/9] = 3/8 A
Reading of A2 = [3 - 6(3/8)]/3 = (24 - 18)/24 = 6/24 = 1/4A
(c) Reading of A1 = 3V/6 ohms = 1/2 A
Reading of A2 = 0
(d) Readings same as (c) part because closing of S2 short - circuited the 2 branches.
