Why I make a html lkie this:

<title>123</title>
<body>
<h1>website</h1>
<p>hi!</p>
</body>
and I save in the 記事本, name www.123.html [(*.txt)文字文件]
1. Why is the website is file:///C:/Users/user/Desktop/www.123.html
(I want to do a website that any people can see.)
2. How can I make a website in 記事本 with html?
Please use Chinese to answer!

相信你已搞好左個FILE 但你要知道 其他人係睇唔到你部機既FILE
所以如果你要比人地睇到, 例如用IE 或其他野24 小時睇到的話
你只有兩個辦法
1. 搵網存公司幫你搞搞佢
2. 你自己起WEB SERVER
但首要係你大前提要先申請DOMAIN NAME, 例如 http://www.anything.com

create html file in your pc only for you to see only, if you want everybody to see it, you need to host a web site, that's mean $$$$$$.
