Hi, I am 16 years old, having my o levels today. Are you anxious and scared when you are doing your test? Did you prepare for tests well? Do you ask your teacher when you are in doubt?
Maths is not like Language subject, whereby you can check dictionary when you don't understand. Memorizing Maths equations are not enough, constant practices ( with teacher's guidance works best XD) can help you score excellent marks for Maths. For me, my Maths subject was quite okay until teacher taught me partial fraction. That chapter is not difficult at all, but I made a lot of stupid mistakes like yours. That was my first time failing my math exam in my life XD( cried a lot that time because I used to get 90+ for Maths:(( ). however, I soon realized that careless mistakes CAN be fixed as you continue to practise hard.
Steps to improve your Maths:
1. Make sure you know the FORMULAS
2. Understand the concept well PLUS PRACTISE
3. Don't understand, ASK
4. Don't wait to the LAST min, otherwise you will be extremely anxious. Firstly, you are mentally and physical not prepare at all. Secondly, you know the questions that you are unsure of will most likely coming out in exam, read and practise first.
lastly, always remember, when you are physically prepared, you are mentally prepared. You will be confident in getting an AAAA!!!! ;))

practice makes perfect. I hope this can help you and score well for your Maths tests in future!!

You would ask for the trainer to sluggish down or go after tuition when he has teh time to discuss it with him. Oh and each college will have to have like after college tutoring free of charge and listen during the bulletins. If u received a 69 and relaxation are high 80, i suppose u would nonetheless have a B or a C+ however i might propose doing after university tutoring or ask ur instructor to provide an explanation for it after school or throughout ur interval.

In order to be successful in a cumulative subject such as math you need to ensure that the previously learned definitions, procedures and formulas are *ACTUALLY* in your long-term memory. It is NOT enough to think they are there. The only way to prove that they are in memory is to use active recall. You can use a spaced repetition system to monitor the forgetting curve(memory intervals) of the material.

Don't worry about it, a lot of the world's population is terrible at math, the reason though is because math is different than English and History. In those subjects, you need to be creative and there are no right or wrong answers, in math though, it's more black and white, it's a subject where you either get it or not. My advice to overcome this problem, get a tutor to help you with the subject and also practice in the summer, that will make you amazing at math. Otherwise, switch to the social sciences. PS, don't listen to battleaxe.

Math needs practice. Don't get too nervous when it comes to tests. Go to tutoring and ask for help. Post questions in here.

Can someone answer my question?

Chill, dude. Being good in Maths necessarily requires tons of practice and the willingness to overcome fear and learn.

I recommend you to watch khanacademy or patrickjmt on YouTube.
