Hey my friend, Its all about execise, training. Not much of a short cut you can get. Hear say from my other friends a long time ago, If you STAND STILL, AND jump to a set target 1/3 higher than yourself WITH YOUR TIP TOES for a continuous 20 times a day (use your right hand or left hand to touch the target) and stand across on a round tube of diameter 1" for at least 2 minutes. Then you could get up to 2 inches a year. BUT THEY ALSO SAID THERE MAY BE SIDE EFFECT, THAT MEANS IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. So, if you do that for a while, you do not feel good. Then, you will have to stop doing it. AND AS I KNOW, IT DEPENDS ON YOUR AGE TOO. MALE USUALLY GROW TO 20 YEARS OLD, FOR FEMALE GROW UP TO 25 YEARS OLD. GOOD LUCK. I USED TO BE AN AVERAGE BOY, AFTER I TRY OUT THE METHOD I CAN ONLY GET UP TO 5'7" AND I STOPPED THERE WHEN I REACH 22 YEARS OLD.
