請問知識+管理小組，有網友要求修改他寫的自傳如下，經我修改後貼上，竞被扣50點，理由是回答的內容違規，請問我違反那條規定？網友是否不能在此要求幫忙修正文章，而應送翻譯公司？Yahoo要開設這"善心園地"，就不要對某些利益團體鄉愿，有點胆量，有點堅持好嗎？維護利益團體的利益，那些沒錢的人們該怎辦？(請問為何找不到知識+的客服信箱?)

你的情形我之前也有碰過...
我記得那時候我都沒有貼網址~~我只是替人翻譯英文
結果沒想到我一回答~~過沒幾秒就收到違規通知信...
於是我不死心的把我的答案再貼在意見區
結果還是照被砍...還連續遭扣點50...違規信堆積如山....
而且目前已經沒有管理員了
雖說管理員的知識檔案還有顯示綠色標誌
不過現在的知識+管理員已經完全被客服部取代了
而且~~有沒有管理員好像沒差耶!
因為管理員他們的檢舉只是優先被客服部處理
而且有管理員反應他們的檢舉明明有違規但客服部依舊沒刪除
所以有很多人都說知識+根本不需要管理員
他們客服部自行管理就好啦~~
以前就算有管理員~~
你要聯絡的人是客服部而不是管理員~~
因為真正處理刪答的人是客服部~~
但是...近年來管理員沒了客服部連絡管道也都收了
目前還有客服部...但他們的所有聯絡管道全砍了
因為雅虎要顧慮到成本~~所以精簡人力

其實...就算你親自去雅虎詢問他們也不見得給你正面回應...
我曾打電話給雅虎也寄信過好多次...反正只要是能聯絡雅虎我都做過
但...他們給我的回應卻是很官方的回應...而且每個人的回應幾乎一至耶!

Don't take it personally.
I experienced that several times already. I am pretty sure it's just a less-than-perfect auto-detection algorithm because the deduction was instantaneous. Human can't filter that fast.

知識+管理小組已經被裁撤掉了,因為知識＋是個不賺錢的區塊,現在回答內容是否違規的判定都是由機器判定,而這些機器都......
