會計credit balance 問題

Credit balance in cash book/bank means spending exist what you own.
For the cash book, you can never have overdraft, unlike the bank account. When you use cash, you at most spend all of it and have none left. You cannot spend more than you have. Therefore, cash balance can never be negative.
