What did will from hollyoaks see on the camera?

Will puts a broach on Texas coat, it gets wet so Texas hangs it up to dry outside the boat. Later Will sees Kevin dumping a bin bag which looks like it has a body inside, in the river. He doesn't know what to do though because if he tells Texas will find out about his spy cam.
