In France we have very good health care because each french contribute to pay.
In fact, have a health insurance is mandatory in france, without that you have no jobs for example.

As a french with a part of my family living in USA, i can say that our system is better just in hearing health problems of my American aunt.

But our system don't work to perfection and in France, there is a big hole in the social security' s budjet.

France is deep in debt and cannot pay it's bills. They have been in a recession and are at high risk of going into an economic depression.

Well, duh. One of the metrics of a successful health care system is how efficiently it is funded.
