We placed an order of shoes with you in December 2012 but we never received the confirmation of order from you. Please send us the confirmation right away with details of the amounts of each types of shoes we ordered.

In addition to that, when we placed the order, Mr. Chan also promised us that he would provide us with samples of what we ordered. We need those samples right away because we are having a sale exhibition where we need to show our customers with samples.

This is urgent. Your immediate attention and response is very much appreciated.
