如何投訴地產經紀

我朋友睇左個單位,當時問個地產經紀個單位有冇死個人,有冇發生過命案同樓上樓下層數有冇發生過事故,個經紀就話:「個單位有三個業主,一個係醫院身故,,一個破產,一個係到住,」就係甘多.甘我個朋友咪放心簽臨時買賣合約.點知到簽正式合約時,又因業主個破產官D文件未齊又簽唔到,而律師行就同我朋友廣「話三個業主其中兩個已死」我個朋友即時呆左,話若果另一個係在單位內身故咪點.若果知就未必買個單位
甘可唔可以投訴個經紀忍瞞同誤導
若果可以又可以從咩途徑投訴

Based on your information, your friend doesn't have enough evidence.

The agent did not directly respond to your question regarding death reported in the property.

His answer was related to the owners, not the property. For what it worth - all owners can passed away but nothing has happened in the property.

Also - if there was a death in the property, the death could be the previous tenants, or someone else.

So unless you have a solid evidence to show that the agent presents you the property without the death involved, but it is not the case, you will not have a case for omission and misrepresentation, which makes your friend out of excuse to cancel the transaction.
