After you both meet in person. As much as you talk on Facebook, or text, or call eachother, you need to meet in person on a real date. And see if the chemistry is still there. Then move forward. I dot know how far she lives from you though. It could be hard to do a LDR. Also be careful I would check out the show called "Catfish" on MTV. It's about people who lie about who they are online. Don't scare yourself, but you asked and I'm giving you an honest answer and that could be possible. But definatly Skype before you ask her out. Good luck!

Ohhhhh it depends. Just tell her when you think when time's right! Or you may ask her when the relationship between both of you has blossomed into something more. E.g. you miss her frantically after one day not meeting her. About what you say, just buy her a nice bunch of flowers and book a seat at a Western restaurant (if possible) and ask if she'd oike to be your girlfriend:) E.g. (Name), we've been in a relationship for X months/years,and I love you. May you please be my grirlfriend to let me protect you, care about you and give you all my love? Give me a chance, please.
