Should I buy ps3 or wait for ps4?

Yet we don't know what the PS4 will be like. Some rumors suggest that both the next-gen xBox and PS system come with rubbish features (games linked to online accounts, etc ...).

I would wait until prices and details are released and either buy a shiny new PS4 or a shiny new PS3, which will certainly be sold a lower prices, onces the PS4 is out.

The PS3. You don't know what the PS4 will cost. It may be several years before the price drops so people who are on a budget can actually afford it.

I have a PS3 and have no plans of buying a PS4. When my PS3 dies I will buy a new PS3 or a used PS3 if they have stopped manufacturing the PS3 at that time.

You should probably wait for the ps4 because if you bought the ps3 and then bought the ps4 later you would have lost a lot of money on buying the ps3
