she is not happy這裡is是現在式, 她現在不開心,但不代表她將來都不開心。
she does not visit the doctor
這裡does是過去式, 因為事情已發生了,但無說明(日後)是否會發生同樣的事。

happy係adjective(形容詞),所以用is/are/am/was/were
visit係verb(動詞), 所以用does/do/did/do not/ does not/ did not

以上兩個例子的兩個意思是一樣, 都是present tense
現在式, 我唔識點解釋. 但其實兩者都可以用, 但唔好調亂黎用
你做多d題目自然就會明白個原理, 唔洗唸都可以寫到落去 :D
