We look forward to seeing you soon at Orientation Week.
We look forward to see you soon at Orientation Week.

Are these sentences both correct? I thought any verb follows by to should be in its original form, such as to do something, to eat, to drink
I like to eating apples.
I want to playing computers.
These sentences would be wrong, so why is sentence seems to be correct?
We look forward to seeing you soon at Orientation Week.

If someone can clarify this, it would be great. Thanks a million.
