Why do i feel ugly most of the time??? (instagram)?

First of all, everyone experiences the same feeling at some point, in a way it's better to be a bit insecure than love yourself and be really big headed- it means your a nicer person:) Secondly, you are not ugly, at all. I really am not just saying that to make you feel better! No matter what you look like there is gonna be someone who loves your look and thinks you are amazing. People probably say you look "pretty" cute because they don't wanna say "omg you are so cute" because that would probably sound a bit weird! So don't take it personally. I really don't think it is worth investing in a huge makeover because although it might give you that extra confidence, that will come with time and it won't change who you are inside which is what counts. Maybe just suck it up and be a man. Cuz currently you sound like a woman to me.
